Development

LPC's development strategy is to maintain successful centers and to complete projects on time, within budget. Since developing the first strip shopping facility in Eastern Kentucky nearly 30 years ago, LPC has been committed to developing quality properties throughout the state and the Southeast Region. LPC's experience shows in the mix of tenants, the strength of the properties and the improvements made in the communities.

Current developments include a neighborhood center at the intersection of Leestown Rd and Citation Boulevard in Lexington, KY and the recent redevelopment of a former K-Mart into a Target shadow-anchored center called Southside Square Shopping Center, located in the heart of the Piedmont Triad (Kernersville) in North Carolina.

 

LPC is continuously seeking new retail and mixed-use development opportunities in the Midwest Region and the Southeast Region.  For these, LPC will consider partnerships or joint ventures with landowners or local developers.
