Langley Properties has acquired a Walmart Neighborhood Market from Cypress Equities, a Dallas based development company. The retail site consists of 41,921 square feet and is located at 2047 East University Drive in Auburn, Alabama, within two miles of the Auburn University campus.

Houston-based fashion accessories retailer Charming Charlie will open its third Kentucky store at The Mall at Lexington Green, it was announced today by the shopping center’s management firm, Langley Properties Company.
Francesca’s, operator of more than 350 fashion boutiques nationwide, will open a new store at The Mall at Lexington Green. According to Langley Properties Company, which manages the retail center, Francesca’s is expected to open in early 2014.
Francesca’s, based in Houston, opened its first store in 1999 and now has locations in 45 states.
Palmers Fresh Grill opened its doors for dining on April 15 at Lexington Green. Located lakeside on the center’s lower level, Palmers offers fresh food, an award-winning wine list and an inviting atmosphere. Diners can choose to sit in the newly refurbished 4,000 square foot dining room or lakeside on the patio. Live music is provided Thursday-Saturday evenings.

The upscale fashion boutique began as White House in 1985, specializing in shades of ivory and white. Black Market opened in 1995, and the concepts were soon combined. Today, White House | Black Market, a subsidiary of Chico's FAS, Inc., has over 365 boutiques across the United States, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.
