Pam Rice joined Langley Property Company in June 2025 and serves as the administrative assistant.

Pam holds a degree in Child Development from the University of Kentucky. She began her career working with an attorney, assisting in real estate closings before transitioning into the banking industry. Over the next 13 years, she gained extensive experience in both deposits and lending, including five years as a branch manager. 

After her time in banking, she became the director of a childcare center, a position she held for 11 years.  In this role, she oversaw all aspects of day-to-day operations, including budgeting, payroll, employee management, family engagement, and facility oversight.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Nick,  and visiting her two children in college, Megan and Wilson. She loves reading, walking her dog, traveling, and time with friends.
