Rodney Wesley joined Langley Properties Company in March of 2023 as Chief Financial Officer after spending more than thirty years in the financial services industry, primarily within the banking sector.

His experience ranges between structuring commercial banking credit offerings for small to middle market companies to helping high net worth clients build, preserve and transfer wealth. Before joining Langley Properties Company, he assisted in opening a new wealth management and lending office in Lexington, Kentucky where he spent ten years.

Rodney began his career in the insurance and investment industry, spending ten years managing the sales and administration of employee benefit plans for companies up to 500 employees with a specialty focus on group health, life and 401(k).

Rodney is a graduate of the University of Kentucky and a former board member of various non-profits, such as the Bluegrass Area Chapter of the American Red Cross. While away from the office, he enjoys spending time outdoors fly fishing in the North Carolina mountains or hiking with his wife, Donna.
